The Bernards Township Education Foundation (BTEF) is an all-volunteer organization, drawing from the extensive expertise of community members. The BTEF keeps close collaborative ties with other local organizations (including the Bernards Township public school district, the Parents of Exceptional Children special education group, the regional YMCA, Audubon Society, and the Municipal Alliance wellness and anti-drug organization), education foundations in other New Jersey school districts, and statewide educational groups. The BTEF encourages new partnerships and the expansion through cooperative networking.
